To register for the 08-09 season please begin by printing the Rugby Registration form and Consent to Treat.  Next, please click on the USA Hockey link to register with them on-line.  You must have a credit or debit card available to do this.

There is a fee of $40.00; $30 insurance fee to USA Hockey and $10 fee to NDAHA.  You will receive a receipt upon completion and should print it.

The two printed forms and USA Hockey receipt should be brought to RAHA registration on the evenings of September 29 or 30, 5-8pm each night. Registration will be held at the Good Samaritan Professional Building (formerly know as the Nurses Dorm) on Main Ave - 3rd Floor in the Computer Lab.
